It all began with an idea. A creative project that launched a non-profit organization. One woman’s experience is echoed by women everywhere. GameChangers was founded to fill a gap in the workplace: a lack of professional development resources geared toward young, emerging, female leaders.

GC Retreats provide women with a professional development greenhouse experience, where they can experience community lift and break down career obstacles, together.

This year’s retreat is sprinkled with adventures, small and big! Relaxing on a yacht, exploring cenotes, walking amongst Mayan ruins, and more!

This is where the rubber hits the road. Our other offerings can be experienced in other retreats, but our content is what makes a GC retreat one-of-a-kind.

Each retreat’s content is carefully curated to serve that retreat’s attendees. You will receive a questionnaire in advance that identifies your unique blockers as well as your areas of professional growth interest.

Career Workshops and Small Groups are then built to offer each attendee a rich, collaborative experience, customized to that group’s needs.
